According to the same source this this counted as the biggest arms deal Israel has ever signed which was singed between KRG's security council Masrour Barzani and Israel's military
Industry, the deal is estimated at $4.5 billion.

hahaahahah i wonder who the "source" would be, probably Iranian terror-regime arabs/Turks lol. that is so much bullshit only idiots and anti-kurd belivie in all to make kurds look bad. I mean what kind of source would gain acces to such information and its transported within war ravaged Syria KRG should sue the newspaper for slander however it would bring no good and only bad publicity. This article will soon finds its way to presstv and other propaganda sites.

It migt be true. The Daily Telegraph is a UK source, no Iranian/Arab newsagency.

And there were pictures of Masrour with Israeli/American politicians/commanders a few weeks/months back .
