Syria will never see stability as far as I can see . FSA has too many countries that support them and they will continue the reign of terror forever . Kurds should never ever join the FSA because frankly they have no principles and they are killing civilian and blaming it on the regime to gain international support . It is a mess that Kurds should avoid .

ERBIL, July 30 (AKnews) – Turkey has deployed at least four convoys of vehicles with troops and misle batteries on them to the areas near the Syrian border amid threats that it will intervene in Syria militarily to strike against Kurdish groups who have controlled the Kurdish areas.
Turkey is accusing one of the Kurdish armed groups, The Democratic Union Party (PYD) of having links with the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) – a rebel group that has been fighting Turkey since 1984.
There is no indication, however, of the Turkish forces planning to cross the Syrian border into the Kurdish territories that have been under the control of the Kurdish groups lately as fighting in Aleppo and Damascus heightened forcing the Syrian army to withdraw from those areas to fight in the capital.
Source said two at least two convoys of about 30 military vehicles have headed towards Kilis from their Gaziantep base.
Turkish military sources within the convoys have said the deployment of the troops is an exercise and that the troops will remain off the Syrian border.
Two more convoys of nine and an unknown number of vehicles were also deployed to the border areas. Acording to Anatolia news agency, the forces were moved from Islahiyeh town of Gaziantep.
Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan threatened last week that Turkey would take any measures against a Kurdish region in Syria that is controlled by PKK-affiliated groups, including intervention militarily.
Turkey is concerned that the establishment of a Kurdish region in Syria, following the fall of Bashar al-Asad, could open another front for the PKK fighters from where to attack Turkey.
Turkey has been locked in a fight with the PKK who fight for an autonomous region in Turkey, since 1984, and the fighting has claimed the lives of about 45,000 people.
Turkey lists PKK as a terrorist organization and has refused several PKK proposals for peaceful solutions on such grounds. The group is also recognized as a terrorist organization by the US and some EU countries as well.

Leader of Free Syrian Army Says No Kurdish Region Allowed to Establish in Syria

AMSTERDAM, Netherlands – Colonel Riad al-Asaad, the leader of the Free Syrian Army (FSA), stated that the group would not allow an independent Kurdish region to be established in Syria.

“We will not allow one meter of Syrian land to be separated, and we will fight against anyone who tries to do so,” Asaad told the Turkish newspaper Bugun on Monday, attributing the FSA’s position to the principle of “one flag, united land.”

Asaad asserted that the FSA is not seeking a confrontation with Kurds at the moment, saying, “We don’t want to clash with the Kurds because our forces are not ready to open a new front in Kurdish areas.”

However, he added, “But we will never leave Qamishli for the agenda of any Kurdish faction, and we are willing to fight for each inch of Syrian land.”

Asaad told Bugun that the FSA has requested a meeting with Kurdish factions to discuss the issue and convey their point of view. “And we will clarify to them that we are willing to fight against Kurdish forces that intend to divide the Syrian land to declare a Kurdish independent region, because preserving the unity of the Syria is our main goal,” he said.

“The presence of different political groups in Syria is a dangerous matter and threatens security in the country, and the FSA is fighting with all its strength for the sake of the Syrian state, while the political groups and organizations are fighting for their own interests, such as the Muslim Brotherhood, the tribes and the Kurds,” Asaad added.

He stated that some Syrian Kurds support the FSA, while others support the Democratic Union Party (PYD). “The regime has retreated from a number of Kurdish areas and enabled the PYD to take control of these areas, which could be considered a strategy by the regime to create divisions between opposition bodies,” Asaad concluded.

On the other hand, the rejection of Turkish authorities to Kurdish control of the northern areas of Syria was recently revealed.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan accused the Syrian regime of giving Kurdish rebels free reign in north Syria, and warned that Ankara could strike the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), of which the PYD is an affiliate, inside Syria.

“Right now, the Assad regime is stuck in Damascus and also in the Latakia region. Five northern provinces were given to the Kurds and their ‘terrorist’ organization. There will undoubtedly be a response on our part to this,” Erdogan told Turkish TV 24, adding that a Kurdish presence with ties to the PKK could give Turkey a reason to intervene militarily in Syria.

Their concern is not asad heval , because sooner or later he will go down . They are trying to get usa and Europe's permission to establish a buffer Zone and it might include Western Kurdistan .

Assad has alot more to give, dont forget the Turkish jet he shot down. He also uses helicopters and jets. That is to much firepower and heavy weaponry the rebels can handle. He also got political and economical help from Iran and Russia.

and access to sea and airports

An interesting interview by Voice of Russia with Halil Karaveli, a Senior Fellow with the Turkey Initiative at the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute & Silk Road Studies Program Joint Center, about developments in Western Kurdistan: http://english.ruvr.ru/2012_07_31/Turkey-vexed-as-Kurdish-state-takes-hold/

on a serious note: like they have the power to attack kurdistan after assad. the assad war will (insallah) go on for more than 1 year from now and reduce their "strength" greatly.
