iraqi Arabs cant pronounce the letter 'P' instead they say 'B'

an iraqi arab guy who takes refuge in Australia tries to park his car in the parking lot.

he drives his car to the parking lot but is hesitant to take an empty spot . an Australian man stands by (they are well known for their hate against immigrants) .

the iraqi guy asks the Australian man "can i bark here" , the man replies to him "yes of course , its a free country , please go ahead"
